  • 1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing and using the services provided by Gopeng White Water Rafting (hereinafter referred to as “the Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

  • 2. Booking and Payment
    All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • 3. Participant Responsibility
    Participants must be in good physical condition and capable of performing strenuous activities. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the Company of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the Company’s guides and staff.

  • 4. Changes and Cancellations
    The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    In the event of a cancellation by the Company, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full credit to be used for future trips.
    Changes to bookings by participants are subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled trip.

  • 5. Liability
    The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the activities, except where such loss, damage, or injury is due to the Company’s negligence.
    Participants engage in activities at their own risk and are advised to take out personal insurance to cover any eventualities.

  • 6. Conduct
    The Company reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who poses a risk to themselves or others. Any participant causing willful damage to equipment or property will be held liable for repair or replacement costs.

  • 7. Privacy
    The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

  • 8. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
